Wonder if I can connect my technics sl-bd22d turntable to an old blaupunkt arkansas tube radio?
the console has a old philips turntable with a ceramic cartridge that doesnt work.
could I connect my turntable to my small cambridge phono pre and then to the old tube radio console?
would this work?

Yes,that will do the trick,but be avare of the output volume from the riaa (You may consider a level controller of some kind..),and you must transform the stereo signal to mono.

My cambridge has a gain of 39db, output 300mv. i have no idea of the blaupunkt spec so i dont know if this is ok. anyone knows?

I beleive You can buy:Stereo RCA-to-mono RCA.From there and inn,you probably need to build a adaptor over to banana jacks,or just cut the cable before the mono RCA,and mount the banana jacks directly on to the inner cables.Black banana jack for -(sheild),and red(center) for +.You might need to "thicken" the inner cable and sheild a bit to be able to fastend them.They are rather small!
