(Las Vegas, NV) – January 4, 2017 – Leading U.S.-based software developer Portrait Displays announced today an expanded partnership, Samsung Electronics, to begin the measurement of color volume in TV displays through its proprietary CalMAN software. This enhanced auto calibration tool is expected to become available simultaneously with Samsung’s 2017 QLED TV lineup.

Portrait Displays‘ CalMAN software is the video calibration solution used by nearly every professional video calibrator, and by most end users in broadcast, production and post-production. It is also the leading market solution for home video enthusiasts.
