    Looks very interesting!

Just to be clear: the above model is just a sculpture, and not a costume that you can actually wear?

I would kill for a real size Space Marine in my livingroom

The Ironman is a was first made as a lifesize statue. In order to make a costume you need to sculpt the entire thing on a lifesculpt. Then you move and cut it up and mould the and then cast then. Once that is done you got several parts that we can build a costume or a lifesize statue.

To make a staue we take the parts and assemble them in the wanted phose. Of course a statue need more work because the armor gaps needs to be filled and detailed in order to make realistic.

This is the Mark 2 version we made in alu metall cold cast:

We only made one of these, Note this is a wearable costume not a statue.

    This is coldcast brass metal:

We have just been comissioned to make a lifesize statue and you can se the work in progress photos in the first post.

The bellow photo is of me wearing the costume. Paramamount Pictures in UK wanted to use our Ironman costume to promote the launch of the Ironman movie on DVD / Blue Ray in UK. This was on BBC, newspaper, blogs. There was also made a short youtube vid of this stunt: YouTube - Iron Man comes to London!

    The above is Version 2

The bellow is the 1st prototype version we made battledamaged.
Here we promote for Paramount pictures in Norway.

Me and Håvard S. from Paramount Studios. Audi R8 was part of the show. I got to drive the beast and appear as Tony stark as well it was a blast.

The first photos of ironman with the flag and the "fly modus" photo is a costume. its someone inside it wearing it. The clay sculpt is the statue in progress. But the statues new sculpted parts will be used on the costume as well.
