Hi, sorry about the English but my Norwegian isn't up to this.
I have an English decoder that I use to get the British channels for free, I was wondering if I'll be able to plug my antenna into the back of it and get NRK.
There is an Add channel function that asks for frequency, polarisation, Symbol rate (Mbaud) and FEC.
I'm not knowledgeable with this so feel free to tell me like I'm an idiot.

Those boxes do probably only support MPEG2 and will NOT work with the Norwegian terrestrial network.
If you have a satellite receiver you have posted in the wrong section of this forum.
If its a FreeSat satellite receiver it migh only scan symbolrates of 22.000 and 27.500
For NRK reception via satellite you will need a subscribtion from Viasat or Canal Digital. When you start a subscribtion you will also have to buy a Canal Digital or Viasat settopbox at the same time (or else you will not get the smartcard).

If you look on the AVForums.com (the biggest UK-based AV Forum) you may be able to trawl up a used one there. They shouldnt cost much because the BBC gave them away for free and these days freeview boxes are pretty cheap in the UK, so the market for those trial boxes is practically non-existent.
